Sportify Solutions is a Bangladeshi software company building Sportify — the system that runs a sports facility end to end. We spend our working lives securing identity and access for an international airline, and we built this the way that job taught us to build: assume it will be attacked, assume it will be audited, and never store a number you cannot defend.

Turf grounds, pools and clubs across Bangladesh take crores of taka a year between them — in cash at a desk, over WhatsApp, through a bKash number written on a board. The bookings live in someone’s phone. The accounts live in a notebook, or nowhere.
It is not a technology gap so much as a trust gap: the owner cannot prove what came in, the manager cannot prove what went out, and the accountant rebuilds the whole month from receipts every quarter. Everyone assumes some money leaks and nobody can say how much.
So we built the system we would want if it were our money — one that takes the booking, takes the payment, and keeps a real set of books while it does it. Not a booking app with a report screen bolted on. A facility runs on money, so the accounting is the product, not the afterthought.
These are not slogans — they are constraints written into the software, and each one costs us development time on purpose.
Every amount is stored as whole poisha, never a floating-point number. It is why totals still reconcile to the taka after a hundred thousand transactions, instead of drifting by a few paisa a month until nobody trusts the report.
The ledger only ever appends. A mistake is corrected with a reversing entry — exactly as an auditor expects — so the history of what was reported stays intact. No one, including us, can rewrite last month.
The clash check lives in the database, not in the application. Two people clicking the same slot in the same second cannot both win, because the storage layer itself refuses the second one.
Every login, for every role, is a one-time code to a phone. We hold no password database, so there is nothing to leak — a decision made on day one by two people who secure identity systems for an airline.
